  1. Customized Products: Once a customized product has been confirmed, we cannot accept returns, as these items are disposed of immediately to protect client privacy and brand rights.

  2. Standard Products: For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  3. Defective Items: We take full responsibility for any mistakes in your order or defective goods. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at sales@thegiftshop.sbs, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return for standard products, please reach out to us for a return authorization, including your order number and reason for the return.

  5. Refunds: Refunds for returned standard products will be processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the item’s condition.
